1. I have 19 years of practical experience managing multi-million dollar deals, programs and portfolios. I honed my craft in practical job roles, and from mentorships by world class executives of Fortune 100 companies. These leaders entrusted me with high profile assignments including a $1.7M portfolio and contract deals/operations exceeding $420M.
2. My unique educational background includes an M.B.A, an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership, and a B.A. in Psychology. This combination aids in understanding how people, processes, technology and high performing teams unite to create a holistically healthy business that wins. I have also been fortunate to attain 9 certificates, ranging from process methodologies, to customer experience design, risk management, operational execution and Human Resources.
